Cadet Joseph Vasquez is a 20 year old computer science student at the University of Texas at San Antonio. Vasquez works part time in the emissions research division at Southwest Research Institute as a student assistant with the data acquisitions group. He has received numerous awards recognizing his drive for achievement both in and out of the Air Force ROTC Corps. Vasquez is undecided about the field he would like to be in upon commissioning but excited about the privilege of being an officer in the world's finest air force.
